Who doesn't like the combination of mana generation and reducing mana decay.

Pros:
- Generates in general more mana than any other building of the same size in game
- Reduces mana decay makes it so much easier to aquire huge numbers of mana quickly for the research tree.

Cons:
- It's has little use at moment you have completed your reseach tree.
- If you are able to abuse a high level dragon abbey, the decay reduction is no longer needed and therefore the foundation of this wonder sinks.
