Designed to be abused, this wonder is the ultimate mana generator in game.
If you are able to level this wonder up, the wonder will generate a good amount of mana on each spell. When collecting enough spells, you can generate any amount of mana instantly just by throwing spells around untill you reached the desired amount of mana. off course this only works if you level this wonder as high as you can with as many provinces unlocked as possible. By using this you can eliminate the need for any mana culture building in your town. As cherry on a cake this wonder also boost the attack power of all your mage units.
Pros:
- Creates any amount of mana instantly at any time for the price of spells - I- Improves the damage of your mage units, making many combat fights a lot easier
Cons:
- It needs quite a bit of levels and completed provincies to work really well, it doesnt work "out of the box"
- Doesn't fit every players play style
